Twenty-four contestants, six teams and seven days of obstacle courses led by former special forces operatives.
Twenty-four contestants—women and men, civilians and amateur athletes—form six teams of four, each representing their fitness club, and compete for seven days in a training camp designed to push their physical, mental and emotional limits. They are supervised by a lead instructor from the special forces and six Senegalese instructors from the military, gendarmerie and intervention units.
Challenges include obstacle courses, mud, water tunnels, rope walls, beams, timed sprints, sleep deprivation and individual and team missions. Each team must protect its most vulnerable members; the audience votes by SMS for its favourite team and identifies the weakest contestant. An eliminated contestant may attempt to return through the Ultimate Challenge.
After seven days, only one team wins the title of Ultimate Challenge Champion—a symbol of courage, discipline and unity.
